Who else likes silly words and silly language? Now is your chance to contribute. Put down a silly word and define it.
EXAMPLE:
firster - adj. More firstest. "I was too late to get a limited-edition DVD. Had I been firster, I might have gotten one."
My word is:
hilawesome - adj. Hilarious and awesome. "Victorian English Lady Capoeristas are hilawesome!"

I love the fact that I've been to many of the place names in the Meaning of Liff. I even went to high school in small carefully rolled pellets of Skegness.

i spotted many of the ones in the west country. Also, there's many a hoot just on the signposts-, i spotted on a signpost the famous charity event Germansweek. Yes it really is a village!
Also on a signpost (two villages) in Wales the mighty champion Skethrog Pennorth! what do you think- does he have his own strip?)
BTW Liff was co-written by Douglas Adams,=. It is really Hitchhiker producer John Lloyd's baby.
Favourite portmanteau word (that's two stuck together) 'snuggle'- very cosy. :3 We seem to be in the age of the portmanteau word. Ask someone to make a word up and they will often come up with one.

The village of Crapstone is less than ten miles from where I live.

From my home in Scotland I live 16.5 miles from Dickland, 25.1 miles from the village of Turdees and 41.5 miles from Twathats.
I have now probably given out enough hilarious information for people to triangulate the exact location of my home.
Nobody do a burglaring on me please.

I once saw a Dom Jolly documentary set in Germany. At one point, he and a friend go to a town called Wank. Quotes following this were things like "We came here to Wank", "They showed us the way to Wank" and "So are the people here all Wankers?". Great fun.
